Your Facilitator
Founder and Director of Speak From Within, Emilio Ron is a Professional Development Trainer with eight years of communication and leadership training experience. He’s led workshops for notable clients including American Express, Etsy, Stony Brook University and various other firms.
Emilio specializes in interactive trainings that fundamentally improve public speaking and communication, team synergy and leadership. He also coaches industry professionals on interpersonal development; executing presentations and overcoming fears that hinder authentic communication and decision-making.
Emilio has competed and won several awards as a speaker. He is a Regional Learning & Development Leader for a global organization, former Toastmasters club president and is a certified Advanced Communicator & Hogan Leadership Assessment coach. He holds an MBA in Management from Hofstra University and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Stony Brook University.
